Carole Ross has provided training on the prevention of harassment, discrimination and retaliation for more than 20 years. While with Sheppard Mullin, Carole trained the firms attorneys, employees and clients. Carole has continued to train supervisors and non-supervisory employees, using an informative and interactive approach to make the training as effective as possible. Carole also offers training regarding other workplace issues, including interviewing, documentation and discipline.
Carole also provides one-on-one and small group coaching. These sessions may include topics of harassment, discrimination and retaliation or can be more focused on improving workplace conduct, promoting successful working relationships, and fostering teamwork.
